Indoor Track Club
Thinking about trying out for Outdoor Track in the Spring? Want to get in shape for a Fall Sport? Ate too much of grandma’s good cooking over the holidays? Then the Indoor Track Club may be for you!
All workouts will be at CSP from 1515-1630, 2 to 3 days a week, depending on gym availability. These are non-mandatory workouts designed to help get you into shape. First workout is tentatively scheduled for the second week in January. ALL CSP students (including middle school) are welcomed. The workouts will focus on full body strength training, cardio, running form, and fundamentals. The club will be run by our Track coaches, Coach Watts, Coach Diggs, and Coach Brown
