CSP 9th Annual Science and Engineering Fair

CSP’s 9th annual Science and Engineering Fair was a huge success. This was our first year since CSP has moved to our Parkway Drive campus that we held the Science Fair in-house. We would like to thank our parents, student and faculty volunteers, and judges for making this year’s Science Fair worthwhile. With some of our best prizes yet, we rewarded winners with iPads, Kindle Fire HD X tablets, Kindle Readers, and Samsung Galaxy Tabs. Our grand prize winner, Ishmam Mirza, received a Microsoft Surface tablet.

At our award ceremony, keynote speaker Zipporah Miller, AACPS Coordinator of Science, spoke about the importance of Science Fair in K-12 curriculums. She inspired with her words and congratulated our winners.

High school seniors Jason Clyde, Lukash Onyshkevych, Ruslan Onyshkevych, and Greg Bekher presented an original, first annual Senior Award. This special prize was awarded to middle school students whose projects exhibited professionalism.

Senior Night

Deadline is approaching for FAFSA!!! On Feb 11, 2014, seniors and their parents are invited to FAFSA completion night.

If you have not completed your FAFSA, yet, you must attend this session.

The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Anyone who wants financial aid for college will need to fill out the FAFSA. The application is used to determine the dollar amount you or your family will be expected to contribute towards college. All federal grant and loan awards are determined by the FAFSA, and nearly all colleges use the FAFSA as the basis for their own financial aid awards.

Below link shows the 7 easy steps to FAFSA:
